The ambience is very nice. The people are very friendly and very nice. This is like my go to spot in Scotts Valley and they're always really great. The food's good too and the service is not super quick, but however, the drive-through line it's actually quicker than normal.
The menu items are like any other Starbucks. The service is unlike any other Starbucks location I have been to. Very friendly and understanding staff!! The way the location is decorated is nice. Good seating too.
4 stars because I can't really rate Starbucks a 5 star coffee establishment. BUT it's drive-thru, clean, and friendly staff. Also I feel the drinks are better made here than other Starbucks in town, for whatever that's worth at Starbucks...
So cute Made a pit stop to starbucks for a quick snack and drink. The interior of this place gives off a little different coffee vibe which i love! What I got : - Iced Guava Passionfruit : definitely get LESS pumps of ginger syrup because it's super sweet! Overall, pretty good! $4.95 4/5 Stars - Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar & Egg Sandwich : YUM. I know it's frozen and just thrown into a instant oven but it was good. The bread was crunchy and everything else was warm and soft! $4.95 5/5 Stars The staff were also so friendly!! Plus, service was so quick. Definitely beats a couple of other starbucks i've been to.
